Your local blacksmith, steelworker or gadgeteer just looking to lend a hand when it comes to fighting the Elder Dragons.
I personally tried to go for a very standardized straight look, focusing on trying to avoid the many trench coats that exist for medium armor, and to appear much more practical. I also tried to incorporate a sense of continuity between armor pieces, a couple of quick and obvious attempts are:
Leg straps from leg piece and hip armor from chest
Shoulders appear to be continuation from chest
Any help welcome, but I'm pretty darn happy with the look so far and haven't been able to make many alterations beyond slight adjustments to dyes.

Finding armour for medium armour Charr is always quite hard in my opinion and you really mastered this task perfectly! Especially the shoulders are really working well with the coat The dye job is natural, always a fan and I really adore your fur, face, horns and hair! It makes her look so much more original Only thing you could even amp up a little more is the presentation; your screens are already cool, but give us a little more!
