I sought to create a style which vaguely mimicked the Fancy Winter Outfit; warm in appearance, but not savage furs draped over a body. More stately and regal than your average Norn, but not too far displaced from his roots.
Cool blues and gentle golds contrast the harsh fiery combat of this elementalist.
Any advice and/or tips are appreciated! Thanks!

 KestrelGirl Fashionista | Nice! I think you could take out the Flame Eye and get a slightly more... well... regal weapon. Scepter of the Highborn/Oikoumene could work and sorta fit the color scheme. |

 ShadowMageAlpha Wanderer | Yeah, the weapons I have currently are very much WIP stuff. I was thinking about Oikoumene as it was a skin I had, but... Working on a character's look, what better time to get two skins I don't have? :P |
