Cambeleg Fashion Collector | Full orange shadow + dark screenshots = I don't understand the concept. It's supposed that should be scary, or terrifying... but I just feel confused about it. Sorry. |

Kartogath Wanderer | whats there not to get? i was just trying to find an awesome set of gear that could make Light armor Wearers look like Heavy armor wearers, and i feel very happy about it, and ya i went full Shadow orange because i am a necromancer and i felt like that would look pretty cool, im still open to all suggestions on armor dye, because that was the thing i was most unsure of. other then that i feel really solid on this :D |

Pale Reaver Poppy Stylist | Replace fire legion armors into bladed and also would be better if you use black dye? Maybe, just maybe. |

Kartogath Wanderer | im not a fan of the full Bladed light set, but you can use whatever you want to, i just thought this set looked pretty cool in this combination of gear :D |

Elessar Taralom Fashionista | First of all: add a screen from the character login pls, from these screens alone I am barely able to judge anything on your look, because I canĀ“t really see it Other than that I can already see that this is a typical case where an all black choice of dyes destroys every little armour detail there is and turns it into a black blob You could incorporate orange or red to accompany the flames on your armour, or you make the metal parts pop with a bit of grey (or smth like Charred) |

Cambeleg Fashion Collector | When you want to play with this concept (light-medium trying to look like heavy, or vice versa), you must play with metal dyes into the gear details. Just to make all a monochrome walking shadow doesn't work at all. Just check around about others who tried this kind of concept, and you'll notice it. |

NanaItalia Fashionista | I agree with Elessar, you don't need to use the darkest dyes to get a dark look ;) You could use dyes for the metal, that make it actually look like metal and not all black (dyes like iron and charred come to mind :) ). Maybe you could try matching the dark-blue-metal of your greatsword? You definitely achieved the heavy look already, since the shoulers make him look very bulky. However, welcome to gw2style.com and have fun :) |
