I get the Sauron vibes and I kinda like the theme you were going for.
The armour mix itself is actually not bad though I would have used some other pants and boots. The gloves are matching the staff which is a good thing.
I know that you wanted to keep that evil look of his and I really get it but still, even evil people wear armour that is not entirely black :P Some greyish tones or in general a little mixture between darker shaded dyes wouldn't hurt you or your look I think it would even improve your character!
I would love to see some more screens just go wild with action shots and some more close ups and try out some fitting locations- maybe something in the Fireheart- Rises? Just think about Lord of the Rings and all the places where Sauron and his army were and you would find some pretty fitting places all around Tyra!

Well, I don't know everything about LotR but I thought that Sauron was more like a big fire eye, or something with more flames and red stuff burning everywhere.
You should add more colors imo, more "flame-like" dyes to give a bit off light on your armor, also use some grey dyes (charred is great) to create something with more texture.

As Lord of the Ring BIG fan, I get your intention... but you chose the wrong tag. You could go for the Mouth of Sauron, who is a physical creature, or one of his Lieutenants (even a Nazgûl, but this would be hard to try too).

I meant it to be like a concept Sauron(or before the fall)

If you want to try a concept of Sauron being Annatar (the Giver), I would try another kind of skins. No wings at all (just Balrogs had), and a more cute, elegant look for him (remember that Elves and Humans thought he was a trusting wiseman, since his 'fana' -soul- had to give this impression).
