Life on the streets of Kryta were dangerous. Growing up there, Keiro Auberdeen had little and wanted little but food and shelter. Even so, Keiro always tried to make sure that those she counted as friends had the same. It was there that she learned the hard lesson that no matter how desperately you try, you can't save everyone.

But loss can lead to renewal. To renew her faith in innate goodness, Keiro set out into the world, intent on leaving her past behind and make something of herself in the wider world. Adventure was her calling and so bow in hand she threw herself into one challenge after another, rising swiftly through the ranks of The Order of Whispers and hunting dragons wherever rumour of them existed.

It wasn't until the Queen's Jubilee that Keiro finally returned to her home and could really comprehend how far she had come...and how much she was still the same. Scarlet's attack on her Queen filled Keiro with a rage she hadn't felt in a long time and so she began her new hunt with friends of like mind.

In the end, they failed to stop Scarlet from bringing her plan to fruition and destroying Lion's Arch in the process. With the awakening of Mordremoth, Keiro felt an awakening of a new talent in herself. From a branch found in the Auric Basin she crafted a staff of plain wood and little adornment. With that staff she found she could bring healing and renewal to the world around her.
