Edit: I'm aware not all weapons match the theme. It's really hard to achieve that, and I'm always trying to match the weapons I use to the look. Sometimes I question myself how good it is to try and include as many weapon sets as possible in the screenshots vs only adding screenshots of only weapons that match an outfit.

Hello again! So SAB came back, and that brought something I was needing a lot: the King Toad Weapons.
My Necromancer, Morticia has gone through multiple changes over time, but I always seem to go back to her very original look. The problem with this look is that the skirt clips with a lot of weapons, making it hard for me to get a good look going without making my OCD explode. The King Toad Weapons were key to finishing this look.
For the background, I decided to go to the Hellion Forest in the Iron Marches, place where Bria's Manor stands. This little forest has so many things that combine well with the necromancer theme: Eerie trees, fog, spiders, spirits, etc. I felt like using it was the right decision.
Base color is Electro Lime, one of my favorite dyes in the game, and it's very hard to match weapons with such a glowy color. Here's where the Toad Weapons come in, because they have the exact amount of bright green to look nice with it. There are other weapons, like Marjory's Axe, that share that tone, but the clipping issues are too much for me to feel comfortable. As for the dagger, I decided to go for Incinerator mainly because it doesn't have a blade when stowed, so it doesn't really clip through the skirt, but I can see Marjory's Dagger working better if we go strict on color matching and theme, since that one doesn't clip with it and it has necromancer written all over it.
Since I decided to use Twilight, I decided to go with Shadow Abyss Dye, probably the best match to the black color of the blade. Now, this means some details on the arms, chest and skirt won't show as much, so something less dark like Abyss Dye can also be used there.
For staff, I decided to use my second favorite staff in this game, The Crossing. It has a perfect necro theme and the little lantern glows with a similar green to the armor, and it looks amazing during night time scenarios.
Lastly, the backpiece. It's hard to find backpieces that don't cause a lot of clipping issues, especially with a staff or a greatsword. Considering I used a broad greatsword like Twilight, the search for a backpiece wasn't easy, but the Shadow of Grenth not only is clipping free, it also shares a similar glow to The Crossing and Electro Lime Dye, making it a very good choice.
I'm open to suggestions and constructive criticism. I hope you guys like her :)

I'm the first to comment... and sadly, not for good, I'm sorry to say it.

I understand what intention you had with the concept, but some items you chose... I feel they turn the concept in a confusing mix. I'll expose one to one for clearing my comment.

1. The Mantle of the Lich. I just find a reason for using it 'cos you wanted to fit the Phoenix pieces in the outfit, but you don't use wings either, so... why so many feathers in the pieces?

2. Phoenix pieces. I can accept the gloves, but I think you could pick different shoes with a similar idea.

3. Incinerator. Ehm... what sense has to use a 'tech' dagger in this concept?

4. King Toad weapons. Holographic items for a necro... I don't get it, 'cos then you use The Crossing (good choice, btw) but they don't work well together, no matters the dye scheme does.

5. Twilight. I would accept this if you added some reddish dye as detail in some piece, but not by itself.

Sorry, Puky. I appreciate the idea, but the execution isn't good for me.

Thanks for the input. And don't worry, as I've said before, I'm not expecting to please 100% of the population here, and I'm open to criticism, since in the end I'm expecting to improve the look as much as possible.

I'll answer based on your list:
1. Yes, the Mantle of the Lich. It is well themed for necromancers, the eyeball on it is just great IMO. It's the perfect match for the details on the gloves and shoes. And I can understand how you would've expected wings. Ironically enough, the look used to have Light of Dwayna before, which at least in form factor, matched this shoulderpiece really well. It also matched the glow of Incinerator.

2. We agree on the gloves then. For the shoes, which ones then? Most light shoes are too narrow or too tall, so they will fail at keeping proportions on the lower end of the outfit (and this is important, since the look has a lot of volume on the higher, mid and lower ends) or cover nice details on the legs killing the symmetry with the arms (something I really like) respectively. That's a really tough one tbh.

4. Just like I stated in my description, I'm well aware Incinerator isn't a good match, but it works for me. And just like I wrote it there, in my opinion, if we get strict, Marjory's Dagger is the best match, period. No clipping issues, good green glow with the black foggy trail, etc. I didn't want to skin my dagger for the picture, but I guess I can skin a different one and take the screenshot to show it here.

4. Completely agree, they don't fit the theme, but they are the best to match the colors. This was a really tough decision, and I definitely saw this coming. Axes like Auric, Vassago, Jaws of Death, Marjory's Axe, etc., are better matches. Scepters like Auric Scepter, Verdant Scepter, Pirate Cane, etc., work better as well. And warhorns, well, Viridian Antique, Herald of the Sunless, Orrian warhorn, etc., will match the theme too. BUT, all of the above clip way too much with the skirt. It's just not viable for me.

5. Simply too hard considering the dye channels and the areas each one covers. Since it's a mix and match, there isn't a good way to slip red into the mix without making it look odd. I'm not sure if red would match with Electro Lime either. Maybe using the Glowing Crimson Mask, but I'm not aiming for an evil face.

And don't be sorry, once I get better, and hopefully, non-clipping options, I'll make v2.0.

For the shoes I would suggest the Researchers Shoes, similar height I believe and simpler

Mmmm. I'd stick with the Phoenix ones over those. Researcher shoes also have the one dye channel, so there isn't a way to make the Electro Lime/Shadow Abyss contrast. Thanks for the suggestion :)

Overall I think this look has potential, but need some improves :)
First of all colour- Electro Lime seems to be too intense. I would go for Grape Leaf (or even some darker green)+Shadow Abyss+Tarnished Steel for openworks elements from Carapace parts.
I like idea of matching feathers from shoulders and gloves. However I would change the boots for human T3. In my opinion they work great with Carapace Pants.
I don't mind Wreath of Cooperation (honestly I love it in every look) but have you try Wraith Masque? Think it could work here.
The Crossing is always perfect for necro look :D With darker green color Twilight won't look so off and also be fine. Agree Majory's weapons would be nice here, but I understand your call with SAB weapons ;)
So, as I said your look have ponantial and your screens are nice, you have some great action snaps, so I'm sure your v2 will be kickass ^_^

Thanks for the analysis! I have in fact tried darker greens before. I particularly like how Algae Dye looks on it, but I'll make sure to try other green tones as well. I've also tried Wraith Masque before as well as the Feathered Headpiece. Marjory's weapons seem to be the best option for theme so far, the Axe clipping makes me wanna cry a little, but I can take it. I also tried the Auric Weapons which seem to fit as well. The boots...I'm still not sure if there's a better option, I've never been a fan of the human T3 boots (I do love the armor set). Thanks again! :)

I think u should work your coloring around the grenth backpiece and it might turn out way better already by doing that. and beside that use more fitting weapons to your crossing. cuz it matches with your grenth backpiece but the king toad weapons are a little off theme. On the other hand: i love what u did with the shoulder wings matching the hands and boots ;)
