This is Cerula Palewater, of proud Ascalonian heritage and Archmage of Ebonhawke.
Her last style looked back to GW1 for inspiration - this style I've tried to ground much more into the GW2 lore.

I thought the Ebon Vanguard Staff was a beautiful looking weapon (perhaps it's just the magpie in me when I saw the whopping great jewel in the middle of it) and as such this style pretty much evolved from the staff alone.
I wanted to make an outfit that was ornate, felt distinctly human cultured and suitable for an Elementalist.

I’ve tried to match the metallic charcoal and gold colours of the staff. The carapace headpiece seemed a perfect match for the wings too.

Thanks for looking, and any hints/tips are greatly appreciated :)

Such a beautiful look :)
You matched dyes perfectly with Ebon Vanguard Staff :)
I like everything in your look- colors, details on armor, vertical lines on shoulders and glowes, even crystals form shoulders matching to staff.
Your look is perfect in each aspects, so gold! :)

Another beautiful look. I really like the armour combination and your dyes are matching the weapon and the Ebonhawke theme reeally well! I am not sure about the headpiece but it's just a minor detail. All in all it's a stunning look and the screens are pretty, as well :3 Gold from me!

I think reshaders and/or photoshop are totally okay to use on this site? nearly everyone uses them :o looks like your screens could use some as well, lol

As for your look, it is brilliant, Cerula! so simple and clear and the dyes are great and you managed to pull off smth original with human light armour which is smth not too easy! lots of love for you and lots of gold!

I’m a Mac user (yes one of those weirdos!) and use iPhoto to take the blackpoint down a notch. This just removes some of the saturation and adds a little more ambience. I’ll steer clear in future if it is against site rules though :)

This is another nice look! The mix is simple but elegant. I love how you armor look like she was made for the Ebonhawke staff.
And don't worry it's ok to edit your screens, a lot of people do it and there is nothing wrong with that. Yours look beautiful :)
Gold for you ;)

It's totally okay to edit your screens I am doing that as well from time to time and there is nothing bad about it! :3 Your character still stays the same and in my oppinion it even represents the armour in a nicer way, so you go :)

Ahhhh. It's not against site rules... iPhoto isn't that bad. I was wondering if you were using something like ReShade, because photo #8 appears to have some sort of glare (which looks awesome but doesn't look like it's GW2 graphics).
