An ancient elite force of soldiers known as the Imperial Emberguard served as the private army of the Emperor in ancient Cantha. Their techniques were vicious, fierce, and unyielding as they scorched their opponents in a blazing flurry. But then, everything changed when the Undead Nation attacked. As the great Canthan Empire fell into isolation, the Imperial Emberguard's infamy simmered out of existence. As time passed, their techniques were forgotten, their true power lost in history.
