That is my first sylvari, inspired by a book character - Killeen from Ghosts of Ascalon. It's amazing book in the world right before GW2, that made me understand and love more races - including sylvari.
Jonnet - that's how my little plant is named - is very curious and joyous, she sees nothing wrong in playing with death - it's not understandable concept for her. She's not as necromancer should be, serious and ominous. Newly born, she stays playful and doesn't understand people scared of her magic.

The armour combination looks really nice, I love the little blue aspects that it brings to the look
How about bringing some light blue into the rest of the armour as well? Full celestial is a bit plain
I like your screens, try adding one from the character selection men as well, seeing the dyes in a natural light makes it easier to appreciate your dye work!
Other than that I really like this look, good job!

Like Elessar Taralom said, the items work really well together but full Celestial becomes a bit plain, but your character have some lovely blue hair, and there's also a tiny bit of blue glow in the Leystone armor, so use that!
don't overdo it though, just a bit of light blue color will do a lot to this :)
