Here is my Mesmer, Damarilla. I have this look on her a month or so and I love it.
I used to go with purple colours, just to stick with the mesmer's colours, but I gave a try with blue palette after getting the Glittering Wings backpack and the Glittering Greatsword.
Also my rule is, a Sylvari must wear sylvari armor, the only exception is with the shoulder piece at the moment, as I think the Leystone Mantle's blue effect is just perfect with the whole set.
