I don't use this outfit anymore, but I got a few whispers about it through dungeons and running around DR.
I have shoulders, head, and gloves hidden, but radiant vambraces look okay with this set.
Chest: Stately Garb
Leggings: CoE
Boots: Apprentice
Dyes: Celestial & Antique Gold (I find it matches a couple of staves, including Theodosus' Spire.
